First Lacey knitting

Loving this pattern, my first ever lace knitting.

I didn't think I would like the 4 ply cotton as much as I do.

Knitting Bug is still here

Really loving my knitting at the moment, but feel its time to try something a little finer.

Have just bought this pattern and the below yarn, it's 100% cotton.

Below is a cowl, hat and fingerless gloves I knitted for me.

And the last one is a cowl I knitted for my daughter

Thanks for looking

Knitting Update

Above are the fingerless gloves and matching bobble hat for my daughter, I had so much fun knitting these, but I hate making Bobbles!!!

This is the first square of an Afghan Throw I am putting together, the stitch is Bee Stitch, it's really nice to do and a quickie.

Above is an Afghan I would like to make as our lounge will be decorated in Autumnal theme when we get round to doing it.

I am also knitting a Beanie with a roll brim for my hubby for work in Robin Chunky.
Thanks for coming bye and having a look.

Hello there ......... I know 4 months away ......... still not cross stitching but I am stitching .......

Well as you can see it's not cross stitch but knitting.  I have bought new bamboo knitting needles and the first item I made was the Teacosy at the top.  I am buying vintage cups and saucers, plates, teapot, cake stand, buttern knives, cake forks, cruet set, milk jug and sugar bowl, table cloth and napkins.  I want to do an old fashioned Afternoon Tea, having had two of them when we were in Malaysia earlier this year.

Next on my knitting needles is a bobble hat to match the fingerless gloves, these are for my daughter and after that I may knit her a Snood.

Hope you are all stitching away happily, sorry I have been away for so long and sorry that I am not cross stitching, that mojo is well and truly hiding away still and I am not worried in the least, I know that one day it will bite me on the bum with a vengeance; but until then I will happily enjoy my knitting.  Different stash to shop for now too lololol.

If you would like to have a look at our holiday blog from earlier in the year, we had 3 weeks in Malaysia and went to Kuala Lumpur, Kota Kinabalu, Sepilok and Penang, it was utterly amazing.  Here is the link:

Thank you for stopping by and catching up with me.

Hugs in stitches Sarah xxx

A Little Retail Therapy and S.E.X

Well I say that a little retail therapy and Stash Enhancing Xperience can help to ease your mojo back to normal...................so that is just what I have done with 3 small charts:

Three little charts to get my fingers smoking again .................. I love the last one!!!

Travelling Pattern

Dear All
Due to my stitching mojo getting up and leaving for some time I have lost where we are with the Travelling Pattern.
Can someone enlighten me and I will try to keep up from now on.
I am so sorry I have been absent, but hope to get back into my stitching and my blog now that my mojo is slowly creeping out of hibernation.
Many thanks
Sarahmoo xx
